My alternate Trek Universe...
I love TMP trek. There are so many great ship designs brought to us by Atrahasis, Cleeve, Pneumonic81, DarkMatrix, Thulls and others too numerous to mention. Every day I search the forums to see what wonders are released everyday to enhance my FSC games. I hope in some small way that this website is something of a THANK YOU to everyone in the SFC community.
I am not a Starfleet Battles player but I LOVE the consistant history but not the TOS setting. On the other hand, I could care less how many terrawatts an Excelsior can churn out versus a K'T'inga. I play the SFC series for fun and to me, the story means everything. I don't play this game as if my life depended on it. I can't think of any Trek game in the history of Trek gaming that was 100% logical or "canon". FASA Trek was out of touch with reality in some areas[ship sizes/masses], as is SFC, Klingon Academy and the rest of the Trek gaming universes.
As Chris Jones writes, "Any Trek game I play will be modded."
